Do the photos need to be taken together?+
No — that's the whole point. One photo of you and one of your pet is enough. Clear, well-lit faces work best.
What if it doesn't look like us?+
Every portrait includes 2 free re-dos. Tell us what's off — "my hair is longer", "she has a white patch on her chest" — and we'll remake it.
What does a portrait cost?+
Previews are free. If you love one, your first portrait is from $19 and each extra one from $10 — or $7 each when you keep 3 or more. Bigger groups cost a little more. It's a one-off purchase — no subscription.
What do I get when I buy?+
A high-resolution image with no watermark, ready to print or frame. We also email you a link so you always have it.
What happens to my photos?+
They're only used to make your portraits and are deleted after 30 days. We never share or sell them.
Can I send one as a present?+
Yes. Add a personal note and choose the date — we'll email it to them that morning.
I lost the email. Can I get my portraits back?+
Yes. Use “Find my portraits” with your email address and we'll send you a link.
